Introducing DOST. DOST acts as the first point of a conversation, that ice breaker which allows a user to make connections with other users in their local vicinity. The app grants users the ability to connect based on specific options such as shared interests or an age bracket. Our aim with the application, is to simplify the friend making process as well as develop the social skills which are lacking among the youth of today. With presentation and communication skills held with such high regard in the current innovation economy, young people should be connecting with the surrounding community; and DOST allows them to do just that.
